How to Change Clothes and Outfits in Far Cry New Dawn
Just because Far Cry New Dawn puts players in a post-apocalyptic setting doesn’t mean they can’t maintain a varied wardrobe. As such, we’re here today to help you figure out how to change clothes and outfits in Far Cry New Dawn.
Along with a slew of other character customization options available to players in Far Cry New Dawn, the game’s clothing and outfits allow each new character to feel specialized to the person that creates them.
Or at least, they do after you’ve unlocked enough options to help your character stand out from the initial slew of presets.
While these first few options are serviceable enough, they can get old for players who prefer some variety in their character appearance, especially after a few hours of play.
This is remedied by the number of different pieces of clothing and outfits you can unlock by purchasing them from vendors or completing side missions for NPCs, but even then they’re not worth much if you don’t know how to access them.
Luckily, it’s easy to change a character’s clothes and outfits at any time in Far Cry New Dawn, with one of two options.
One is to return to the duffle bag found next to the fireplace in Prosperity where players first create their character. After interacting with it, they can alter their characters’ head wear, foot wear, tops, bottoms and, accessories to their liking.
The other option to change your character’s clothes in Far Cry New Dawn is from the Character tab of the main menu.
To access it, simply press either the touchpad or View button on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One respectively and select the Character tab.
This will open up the same clothing customization menu found by interacting with Prosperity’s duffle bag and can be accessed at any time.
Hopefully this clears up how to change clothes and outfits in Far Cry New Dawn. For more on the game, check out our guide wiki for everything you’ll need to know about the post-apocalyptic action title, or search for Twinfinite.
