How to Unlock All Keyblades in Kingdom Hearts 3
The iconic Keyblade is one of the enduring symbols of Kingdom Hearts and is a functional weapon to boot. Here’s everything you need to know about how to unlock all Keyblades in Kingdom Hearts 3.
In Kingdom Hearts 3 there will be a wide assortment of Keyblades for you to collect as you progress through the game.
Keyblades can be received as rewards upon successful completion of a corresponding world. In some cases, they have to be forged from rare materials.
Below is the full list of the Keyblades available for use in Kingdom Hearts 3. Please be advised that there will be some minor location spoilers involved in this guide, so keep away unless you are OK with some of the game’s locations being spoiled for you.
We are yet to get the in-game statistics for all of the pre-order exclusive Keyblades, which is shown by a ‘?’ in its place. We will be sure to update the information as soon as we have it, though.
It’s worth noting that the Strength and Magic stats listed for each of the Keyblades in Kingdom Hearts 3 below are there starting stats. Each time you level up a Keyblade, you’ll increase its Strength and Magic stats.
#16 – Kingdom Key
- Sora’s default weapon. You begin the game with this Keyblade.

- Unlock by: Obtained in the 100 Acre Wood
- Strength: 6

#2 – Grand Chef
- Unlock by: To get the Grand Chef, you have to rank up Little Chef’s Bistro all the way to level 5. This requires you to prepare every dish on the menu, and get an ‘Excellent’ rating while preparing them. To get an Excellent rating, you need to get the timing on each minigame perfectly. It’s worth noting you don’t need to cook things off the ‘Special Menu’ unlocked by finding the creatures called the Flantastic 7. After you’ve completed all recipes on the normal menu, you’ll be treated to a cutscene and will be given the Grand Chef.

- Abilities: Wizard’s Ruse (Gives user the chance to recover HP proportionate to the MP you spend), Chef Extraordinaire (Makes it easier to get ‘Excellent’ ratings while cooking.
