Kingdom Hearts 3 is a massive game, and even the post game content features tons of other optional things you can do. Here are five things you can do after beating Kingdom Hearts 3.

Mop Up the Lucky Emblems
Lucky Emblems make up the bulk of collectibles in Kingdom Hearts 3, and there are 90 in total to find scattered across every world. All of these have to be photographed with Sora’s Gummiphone, and most of them are smartly hidden in the environment.
There are a few reasons to find all the emblems, with the primary reason being they’re the only way of unlocking Kingdom Hearts 3’s secret ending. Depending on the difficulty you’re playing on you’ll need to find more of them; on Easy you’ll need all 90, on Standard you can afford to miss some, and on Proud you can miss even more.
There are other incentives, of course. You’ll periodically get rewards for finding emblems, like synthesis materials and accessories. At 80 emblems you get a piece of Orichalcum, one of the seven needed to forge Ultima Weapon.
As a final reason, one of the game’s trophies/achievements is tied to finding every Lucky Emblem, so if you’re looking to 100 percent Kingdom Hearts 3, it’s one of the main things you’ll need to do.

Battle Through All the Battle Gates
After you beat Kingdom Hearts 3, you’ll unlock 14 different Battle Gates scattered across all the different worlds. These gates appear as blue orbs, and they contain some of the toughest battles in the entire game.
You’ll face hordes of enemies and even some unique ones that only appear in the gates, like the Sorcerer and Berserker Nobodies from previous games. The Battle Gates give you a ton of experience, so it’s a great way to grind to level 99.
On top of that each one will reward you with a powerful accessory, and a Secret Report. There are 13 reports in all, and each one provides additional context to the backstory of Kingdom Hearts 3, and certain characters.
Battle Gates are certainly the main piece of end game content you’ll be taking on.

Find the Flantastic 7 and Finish The Bistro
There are seven unique monsters that’ll appear in Kingdom Hearts 3, in every world except for Twilight Town and 100 Acre Wood. Called the Flantastic 7, each of these pudding monsters present you with a unique minigame to play, and when beaten you’ll get a unique cooking ingredient you can only get from that specific Flan, like a sour cherry or blood orange.
The real goal, however, is to get the high score requirement, which is usually around 20,000 for each one. Doing this will reward you with three of each ingredient, and a new ability for Sora.
The special ingredients will allow you to make items off of the special menu at Little Chef’s Bistro, which grant even better bonuses than the normal stuff.
Finally, getting the high score on all seven Flans will get your an Orichalcum, one of the items necessary for crafting the game’s best weapon.

Synthesize Ultima Weapon
If you’ve played a Kingdom Hearts game before, you’ll know that Ultima Weapon is always the absolute best weapon you can get, and with Kingdom Hearts 3’s Formchanges that’s even more true. As you might expect, however, getting Ultima Weapon is a bit of a task.
The problem is that you have to collect all seven Orichalcum + in the game. In order to even be able to synthesize Ultima Weapon you’ll need to collect 58 different types of synthesis materials, which didn’t happen for us until we fought through the first couple of Battle Gates.
As we mentioned previously, one of these is gained by getting the high score on every Flantastic 7 minigame, with another coming from photographing 80 Lucky Emblems.
We have full details on how to get the rest of the Orichalcum, but the others certainly aren’t as difficult, requiring things like finding specific treasure chests, beating a Gummiship boss, and more. Getting Ultima Weapon will sure come in handy with the next thing you can do….

Fight the Secret Bosses
Secret bosses are a tradition in the Kingdom Hearts series, and currently Kingdom Hearts 3 has two secret bosses that we know of, one normal and one specifically for the Gummiship.
The first boss is a bit of a fun Square Enix cameo, the infamously difficult Schwarzgeist from the PS1 classic Einhander. To reach this boss you’ll have to fly into the green tornado in the middle of the second zone. However, you need a fast enough ship to do this.
You’ll want a ship that has at least a 100 rating on Speed, so either build your own or use one of the pre-made ships. A good choice is actually the cameo ship from Einhander itself, Endymion, that you can find through its constellation.
Schwarzgeist is one tough customer, however, so you’ll really need to have a powerful ship that has good offensive capabilities and can dodge easily.
Meanwhile, the game’s proper secret boss is known as Dark Inferno, and it’s an intimidating Heartless found in the final Battle Gate at the Keyblade Graveyard. Equip your very best Keyblades and equipment, because Sora has to fight the boss all alone.
Defense is your best best with Dark Inferno and you’ll want to do plenty of blocking and counterattacking. It’s also a good idea to bring the Ever After Keyblade into the battle, as it can work as a secondary healing mechanic with its Shotlock command.
And those are just a few things you can do after beating Kingdom Hearts 3. For even more tips and guides make sure to search Twinfinite, and check out our Kingdom Hearts 3 wiki.
