Everything You Need to Know About Fortnite Season 7 Ziplines
Fortnite Season 7 has finally arrived, following all of the icy teases of the last few weeks. An iceberg has hit the island, adding new locations to the map, on top of the usual new features you see from a new Fortnite Season. Here’s everything you need to know about ziplines in Fortnite Season 7.
Ziplines can be found in various locations across Fortnite’s new map. Of course, since they’re linked to the new areas, you’ll certainly find them around the new Iceberg biome, as well as near Expedition Outposts. Since they’re big, and will undoubtedly be crowded in the first few days of Season 7, they’ll be easy to spot.
To use ziplines in Fortnite Season 7, you need to attach to them by simply jumping onto them. There’s no button to press to actually attach yourself. Line your character up underneath the wire, jump onto it, and they’ll be fastened to it by a big magnet on their head.
You will then be able to go from one end to the other, escaping any danger that’s there. There seems to be a lot of them in the game, too. As you explore the new snowy biome in the south west corner of the Fortnite map, which you’ll inevitably do to see what’s new, you’ll see a lot of them.
None of them seem to be particularly long, acting as just a quick way to get down from a high point, but they’re fun nonetheless.
You will also be able to use items and weapons while you’re on the ziplines. That means that you’re not completely powerless when using them.
