This Fan Made an Amazing Manual for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate won't have a physical manual, so a fan created his own highly realistic manual that you can download and print now.

Physical manuals in video game cases have largely become a thing of the past. While some of us may quietly mourn the days of flipping through pages to learn about our new purchase, one dedicated Super Smash Bros. fan saw this as an opportunity.

Reddit user OharaLibrarianArtur has created their own physical manual for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and it’s modeled like old smash manuals and looks highly professional. The manual even includes legal notices, a barcode, a notes page and, of course, the Official Nintendo seal of Quality.

The manual covers controller layouts, move inputs and difficulty ratings, character bios and much more. Especially for a newcomer to the series, this manual could be a handy and useful guide for navigating the controls and origins for 74 different characters.

Even if you’re a Super Smash Bros. veteran, OharaLibrarianArtur’s manual can serve as a neat piece to your Smash collection, as well as a dose of nostalgia to the days of physical game manuals.

For a full look at the manual, you can view it here. To save the pages so that you can print them, you can download them here.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate releases Dec. 7 on the Nintendo Switch. For more on Smash, read our articles on the game’s day-one patch, record-breaking pre-sale numbers, and Nintendo’s lifting of their strict streaming policies.
