How to Play on a Private Server in Brawl Stars

Recommended Videos

Brawl Stars has tons of fun game modes you can play with your friends or random players. If you want to set up your own gaming session, you will need to set up your personal room. Here’s how to play on a private server in Brawl Stars.

Normally, you can choose to play with one or two other friends in Gem Grab and the Showdown mode. You can do this by pressing the plus symbol next to your character on the home screen.

However, keep in mind that you will be fighting other random players online. You can’t fight against your other friends this way in Brawl Stars, so make sure to set up a friendly game.

Friendly games basically act as your own private servers in which you can invite up to five other friends and duke it out together. In the main menu, you can make your own private server by pressing the small yellow Create button right about Play.

From there, just click on the bots icon to invite your friends. You can split your team accordingly depending on who you want on your side or the enemy team.

If you press the vent option next to Play, you can pull up a list of all the modes you can play with your friends. Once everything’s set up, just press the Play button to get started.

It’s important to note that these private servers are usually just a way to practice your skills with friends. All brawlers will be fully upgraded, although you won’t earn any trophies whatsoever.
