During the Kinda Funny Games Showcase today, the YouTube personalities released a six-minute long video with Bioware’s, Mike Gamble, talking over the new trailer for Anthem that was showed off at The Game Awards this week.
Starting development in 2012, Anthem is a multiplayer third-person action RPG that puts you in the role of a Freelancer.
“Every time you enter the world as a Freelancer, you’ll select a powerful javelin exosuit – armor designed to provide its pilot with incredible offensive and defensive capabilities. Move at incredible speed, rocket across the skies, or safely roam watery depths. As you play, you will constantly progress both your own abilities as a javelin pilot and the combat and traversal capabilities of your growing collection of exosuits (via EA).
In the video below, Mike Gamble (lead producer) sits down and goes scene by scene, revealing more info on the upcoming sci-fi shooter. If you’re really excited for Anthem and would like to take a deep dive into the lore of the new I.P., then be sure to watch his analysis.
