Today Kingdom Hearts III Director Tetsuya Nomura took to Twitter to provide a tentative schedule for the upcoming trailers of the game.
こんばんは。また来月と言いましたがいつだいつだと右往左往させてしまうのも申し訳ないので予知させて頂きます。次回のトレーラー公開は12月
10日>新規映像
18日>ファイナル
21日>30秒CM(映画館用)
まだ編集中なので予定です。なので公開時間までは未定です。では今度こそまた来月@野村 #_KH— キングダム ハーツ (@_KINGDOMHEARTS) November 27, 2018
On December 10th we should get a new Kingdom Hearts III video. On December 18th, there should be a trailer marked as “Final.” On December 21st, we’re getting a thirty-second long commercial designed for theaters.
I say “should” because Nomura-san also mentions that those are planned dates. The trailers are still being edited, and things might change before they are released.
Things may indeed change, as showcased by yesterday’s situation, with Amazon hyping an exclusive trailer and then just delivering a shortened version of an old one and an image to announce its bonus keyblade.
If you want to see more about Kingdom Hearts III, you can enjoy the previous trailer, another video from earlier this month, and one focusing on Tangled.
Kingdom Hearts III will finally be released on PS4 and Xbox first in Japan on January 25th. Western gamers in North America and Europe won’t have much longer to wait in order to play, as the game will launch on this side of the Pacific Ocean on January 29th.
