How to Serve the Ball in Mario Tennis Aces
Mario Tennis Aces lets players finally return to the court and get their racketing game on. It’s time to serve up an ace as one of your favorite, iconic Mario characters. But how do you serve the ball to begin with? Well, here’s the answer!
When it’s your turn to serve (don’t worry, everyone will get a chance during a match), you’ll need to press A once. This will have your character throwing the ball up into the air. Once it’s up there, you can press any of the face buttons to hit the balls in different ways. Tap the button you choose as many times as possible and you’ll hit it hard. This is really what you want to do when serving, as it could potentially lead to you scoring (an ace).
The height that the ball’s at will change the result of your serve, too. Hitting it at the height of the throw allows for more speed, but is a bit predictable as a serve. Keep this in mind!
