The Nintendo Switch version for Owlboy has finally gotten a release date. The developers took to Twitter to announce that the game will be launching on the PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch this Feb. 13. Take note that the console version will only be available as a digital download on launch, but they will be releasing a physical edition sometime in the future.

Owlboy is a 2D platform-adventure game that follows the story of an owl-human hybrid named Otus, who sets off on a journey to save his race after they have been attacked by pirates. The main character can fly around the field and pick up various items to throw at enemies. Similarly, he will meet other companions that each have their own unique weapon and abilities, making for an interesting gameplay experience.
