HOW TO GET V-BUCKS IN FORTNITE BATTLE ROYALE
Developer Epic Games continues to patch new gameplay features in Fortnite Battle Royale, and a recent patch has added both a progression system and microtransaction store, too. The game’s store features cosmetic items only, and these can be purchased via a currency called V-Bucks. There are two ways to acquire V-Bucks. The easiest way is to purchase them with real money, but if you don’t want to splash out any cash, they can also be attained through gameplay. Unfortunately, though, not for those who strictly play Fortnite Battle Royale. Daily challenges only accumulate V-bucks in the PvE Save the World game mode, which you’ll currently need to buy if you want to try (the mode is also in Early Access, but goes free-to-play in 2018).
We’ve listed the prices for V-Bucks below:
1000 – $9.99
2500 (+300) – $24.99
6000 (+1500) – $59.99
10000 (+3500) – $99.99
Currently, there is only an Infiltrator and Desperado-themed outfit, two different gliders, and a new harvesting tool skin available in the store. The “Season Shop” arrived via another recent patch, but essentially brings more of the same: different themed outfits, gliders, and harvesting tools. There are, however, daily item skins that constantly rotate, so you might want to keep checking Fortnite Battle Royale’s store if there’s nothing that takes your fancy at the moment.
