How to Use Elven Rage in Middle-earth: Shadow of War
One of the first powers of Celebrimbor that you’ll unlock in Middle-earth: Shadow of War is Elven Rage. This allows Talion and the Wraith to unleash a devastatingly powerful series of attacks on any enemies in the vicinity. You can’t just use this at any time, though, so here’s what you need to know to use Elven Rage in Shadow of War.
First things first, you’ll need to fill your Wrath Energy. You can do this by simply racking up kills. Once the gauge is full at the bottom of the screen, simply press L3 and R3 at the same time and you’ll notice Celebrimbor will appear by Talion’s side. Now all you need to do is tap Square (X on Xbox One) and you’ll quickly begin dispatching any grunt orcs in the vicinity. If there’s a captain orc nearby you’d like to defeat while in Elven Rage, simply hold down Square/ X and move the left analog stick in their direction.
It’s worth noting that Elven Rage doesn’t last for too long when you first get it in Shadow of War, so be sure you’re making the most of it.
