Overwatch celebrates its first year with the Anniversary event today with over 100 pieces of loot to collect including skins, emotes, and more. The event begins today and runs until Monday, June 18.
The new loot can be found in the Anniversary Loot Box, which every player receives one after logging in. The new loot box contains 11 new legendary skins, 24 emotes, 24 voice lines, 25 sprays, and 25 player icons. The Anniversary Loot Boxes will go away once the event ends. Check out some of the new skins and emotes here and in the short trailer below.
The update also features three new arena maps; Necropolis, Castillo, Black Forest, for its 3-on-3 and Duel Brawls. These Brawls have received new rules as well. The 3-on-3 Elimination mode locks winning heroes after each round, and the 1-on-1 Duel allows both players to pick from the same, limited set of heroes each round.
