Crash Bandicoot made a triumphant return at E3 last year after six years since his last video game appearance. At Sony’s conference, it was announced that everyone’s favorite marsupial would be returning to the PlayStation 4 in a remake/remaster of the first three Crash Bandicoot games that were original released on the PlayStation One back in the 90’s, Crash Bandicoot, Cortexs Strikes Back, and Warped.
Being developed by Vicarious Visions, these games are being remade from the ground up with new art, animations, and audio, whilst also working with the original designs first produced by Naughty Dog. If you can’t wait to hang out with Crash again then you’ll want to check out these new screenshots first reported by PlayStation Universe.
To gamers over a certain age, these screenshots will no doubt look very familiar and quite possibly bring up a lot of nostalgia. It has certainly been far too long since Crash has been on our consoles and we look forward to reliving our adventures with him.
An exact release date for the N. Sane trilogy is yet to be released but it is expected to be available sometime this year.
