Today Ubisoft revealed that For Honor’s Season Pass is now available, as well as what players can expect for its $40 price tag.
Six new heroes will be released in groups of two at the beginning of each season of the Faction War occurring every three months, with Season Pass holders being able to access them seven days early. Eventually they will become available for all players, but at the cost of in-game currency earned by winning matches and completing challenges.
Also included in the Season Pass are six elite outfits, an exclusive sunbeam effect for hero emotes, three special emblem outlines, three scavenger crates that unlock additional gear, as well as a 30-day Champion Status that grants bonus XP to both yourself and your friends for 30 consecutive days. Future ranked play and tournaments are also mentioned in the trailer seen above.
More additional content will be released over the coming months, including six new maps, game modes, and gear that will be accessible for all players, although those with a Season Pass will have early access for “some elements” of future content. The new maps will release in groups of two per season just like the six new heroes.
For Honor’s Season Pass can be bought separately for $40, and is also included in the game’s $100 Gold Edition. For Honor releases for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Feb. 14, with an opportunity to play it early on during its open beta starting on Feb. 9.
