Obsidian Entertainment, best known for Fallout: New Vegas and Pillars of Eternity, have been hard at work on something. They plan on revealing just what that is, but first come the teases for the new game, titled Project Louisiana. If you go to their company website, you’ll see a picture of a pipe and a grain of wheat with a quote below: “I used to dream that when my god came back, he would forgive us. That’s the trouble with dreams. Sooner or later, we all have to wake up.”

That’s all we currently have to go on, though the picture and quote do give us two possibilities as to what Project Louisiana is. One of them is another side story set in the Fallout universe, this time taking players to New Orleans. In July 2014, New Vegas director Josh Sawyer said he’d love to revisit the series, saying he and a fellow developer thought the Big Easy would be a “cool setting” for the series. The other possibility is Pillars of Eternity II, already said to be in development. The quote may be referencing Eder and Eothas.
