Hello Games released the Foundation Update for No Man’s Sky just a couple of days ago, and it introduced base-building, among a ton of other new features. The developers have also previously stated that this was just the first of many other free updates that will soon be coming to the game. Over at Reddit, user eegandj has unearthed what looks like a ground vehicle in the game’s PC files.
He had only found textures for the vehicle’s tires at first, but later found textures and partial models of the vehicle itself. It’s not quite complete yet, but the video below shows off the model that eegandj found and was able to import into the PC version of the game. You can check it out for yourself down below.
With a new ground vehicle, planet traversal will certainly get a lot easier in No Man’s Sky, especially when you consider how slow the player character moves on foot. We’ll keep you updated as more info comes our way.
