Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location Story
Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location puts players in control of a new protagonist named Mike, who’s just starting work at Circus Baby’s Rentals and Entertainment, which is a sister company of Fazbear Entertainment. However, when prompted to enter his name into the system, there is a malfunction, and you end up being known as Eggs Benedict for the rest of the game. Circus Baby’s Rentals and Entertainment is a company that rents out animatronics for various events like birthday parties, and your job is to take care of these machines while also, y’know, making sure you don’t get killed by them.
The player is guided through their day-to-day routine by a voice named HandUnit. However, Circus Baby (another animatronic) also attempts to guide the player to do certain things along the way. Both HandUnit and Circus Baby will occasionally give instructions that contradict each other, but Baby does tend to give instructions that will help you to survive against the onslaught of the other animatronics. This time around, we have the ballerina Ballora, Bidybabs, and slightly altered versions of Freddy and Foxy from the previous games.
Over the course of the week, these animatronics are taken to the servicing room where they have to be inspected and repaired if necessary. However, on the final night, two agents that were sent to repair the animatronics were found hanged on the premises.
Normal Ending
If you pursue the normal ending, Circus Baby will ask you to go to the scooping room on the final night. Circus Baby tells you that she and the other animatronics have been trying to escape the building, but they can’t do it alone; they need a human guide to help them out. With the player’s help, all the animatronics can merge into a singular entity called Ennard to take over his human body.
In the normal ending, we see that the player character has been killed by the machines and his body has been completely taken over. When we finally see him open his eyes, we notice that they’ve turned purple, which is proof that Ennard has taken him over.
Real Ending
If you fulfill the requirements for obtaining the real ending in Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location, you can head into a secret room instead of following Circus Baby’s instructions on the final night. Before you can check out the real ending, however, first you’ll have to clear a game level against Ennard. This requires you to survive a night in classic FNAF gameplay by keeping Ennard away from your position. Once you’ve cleared the level, you’ll unlock the game’s real ending.
In this ending, the player character goes back home to watch the season finale of a show called “The Immortal and the Restless.” Parts of certain episodes of this TV series are actually shown in-between each night of the game. It is suggested that Ennard and the player had managed to strike a deal with each other, and the player was able to walk away with his body unharmed. We also notice that the player has his gift of exotic butters in his home – something which was previously promised by HandUnit.
