After working with Square Enix on various popular titles for 24 years, Final Fantasy XV art director Yusuke Naora has announced that he will be leaving the company to pursue other projects. Naora announced the news on his Twitter account, and mentioned that his reasons for leaving the company were largely for chasing after new opportunities. He also mentioned that he got to see the ending to Final Fantasy XV, courtesy of game director Hajime Tabata, and said it was the greatest ending to his years of work with Square Enix.
As of 30th September, I resigned Square Enix, the company I worked for 24 years.

Naora will still be working on various jobs and projects with the company, but his attention will be largely focused on his own family and other areas in the industry.
Final Fantasy XV is set to be released for the PS4 and Xbox One on November 29. Naora has worked on titles like Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, Final Fantasy VII, Crisis Core, Chaos Rings, and Final Fantasy Type-0 amongst others during his time with Square Enix.
