Nintendo has recently announced that a special edition of the New 3DS XL will give the handheld device a Pokémon Sun and Moon make-over, releasing three weeks ahead of the games’ official launch dates.
Hitting the shelves on October 28 for the price of $199.99, GameSpot explicitly stated that this New 3DS XL will include neither Pokémon Sun nor Moon. However, Nintendo will be releasing a Pokémon Sun & Moon combo pack that includes both games for $79.99, as well as a code that will reward you with 100 Pokéballs each.

This new generation of Pokémon games will have you collecting Zygarde Cells as well as bringing back Pokémon Snap. A fresh batch of new pocket monsters has also been unveiled recently.
Pokémon Sun and Moon will release simultaneously come November 18th and will be available for all 2DS and 3DS variants.
