Destiny: Rise of Iron – Skeleton Key
Destiny: Rise of Iron is out and it’s time to help out Lord Saladin and his pack of wolves. You may be wondering what the Skeleton Key is and why you’ve heard about it from fellow Guardians. Well, it’s for opening the chest at the end of Heroic Strikes. The chest will appear once you have beaten the strike’s boss (must be heroic) and you’ll be able to open it by interacting with it once you have a Skeleton Key. You get strike specific loot and gear from these, so pretty nifty to have, right? But how do you get a key? It’s pretty simple, but unfortunately left up to chance and luck.
In order to get Skeleton Keys, you need to play through the Strikes pertaining to Rise of Iron. There’s a chance that you’ll get a Skeleton Key drop upon completing them. The names of the strikes are:
- Sepkis Perfected
- The Wretched Eye
- Siva Pogoth
- Pretty much every strike in the SIVA playlist will allow you to get a Key from them as a drop.
