Bandit Roundup

Fallout 4 Nuka-World

Fallout 4’s Nuka-World has released and has players exploring a giant theme park and quelling the multitude of threats that lie within before dishing out the territory to Raider gangs. Of course, even a wasteland wandered like ourselves needs to kick back once in a while and play some arcade games, and who doesn’t like to win a ton of tickets in the process? Especially when one of Nuka-World’s trophies/ achievements is to redeem 100,000 tickets at the Nuka-Cade.

With that in mind, you’re going to want to earn as many tickets as you can in as short a time as possible. In order to do this, there is one game you should be focusing your efforts on, and some other handy ways to boost your total.

For whatever reason, Bandit Roundup likes to throw out tickets at you, and what’s more, it’s a relatively easy game to get a high score on. Essentially a shooting gallery, you’ll have to shoot the targets as they move across a top and bottom rail. The star targets reward you with the most points when hit, so you should always be focusing on these. A little hint for the Bandit Roundup is not to use the pistol that’s lying on the counter when you get there.

Instead, you’ll want to use the Spray n’ Pray weapon with the explosives legendary effect on it. Once you’ve got this equipped, start the game and simply aim in the top left and bottom right corners every time you see a target appear. It doesn’t matter whether you hit the target or not, as the explosion from the round will knock the target down, guaranteeing you an extremely high score. Doing this will net you between 750- 1000 tickets each time. Making this by far the easiest game to get a huge amount of tickets on.

Bin Searching

Fallout 4 Nuka-World

As you explore Nuka-World you’ll see red bins dotted around all over the place. Now, just as random bins and cash registers scattered around Fallout 4 were great for picking up ammo in the Commonwealth, these bins seem to be a haven for just what we’re looking for. Almost every time you check out one of these bins, you’ll be greeted with a small number of caps, Nuka-Cade tokens, and most importantly, Nuka-Cade tickets.

Now, this isn’t a huge amount worth writing home about on its own, but when you multiply the number you get in one bin by the number of bins dotted around the park (which is quite a lot), you end up with a good few hundred tickets that you’d otherwise have missed. For simply exploring the world around you, this isn’t a bad deal at all.

Ticket Wheels

Fallout 4, Nuka-World

Finally, while you’re exploring the many different areas and buildings of Fallout 4’s Nuka-World, be sure to literally check behind every single locked door, search every nook and cranny, and generally leave no stone unturned. Every so often, it seems that a rather clumsy Nuka-World employee has left huge ticket wheels lying around the park. Each one of these contains about 750-1000 tickets, meaning these are more than worth searching for if you’re idly wandering around the park.

It’s worth noting, however, that these are pretty hard to come by and are nowhere near as common as the aforementioned loose tickets lying around in the trash. For example, we found one in the Fun House in Kiddie Kingdom as we stumbled upon one of the Cappy pictures for the Cappy in a Haystack quest.

Now with all of that knowledge, be sure not to waste your Nuka-Cade tokens on the other games. Head straight for the Bandit Roundup, search every bin in sight, and keep an eye out for giant ticket wheels. If you do all of these things, grinding out those 100,000 tickets won’t take you half as long as you’d think.
