In Pokemon GO, your starting bag limit for items is 350. This means that once you have 350 items in your bag, you’ll no longer be able to receive new items that you collect from leveling up or at PokeStops. However, there are a couple of things you can do to get around this bag limit problem.
Firstly, you should always check your bag space whenever you think you’re getting close to the maximum capacity. The best thing to do is to just discard some of your Poke Balls. These are incredibly easy to come by; you get a good number of them each time you level up, and you can always get some from PokeStops. Of course, don’t throw away your Great Balls and Ultra Balls, as those are a lot more valuable.
Next, you can actually upgrade your bag space by purchasing said upgrades with PokeCoins in the store. One bag upgrade gives you 50 extra inventory slots, and they cost 200 PokeCoins. If you want to purchase all the bag upgrades, your bag inventory will be capped at 1000, so that’s a lot of PokeCoins you have to spend if you want to reach the absolute limit.
350 inventory slots in Pokemon GO should serve you just fine, as long as you’re keeping an eye on it, and getting rid of excess Poke Balls you don’t need.
