It’s been a long wait for No Man’s Sky, the space exploration game said to have an infinite amount of worlds for players to go through from the small handful of folks at Hello Games. Today, they’ve finally given us a solid June 21 release date for the game, straight from Sean Murray himself:
“Hello PlayStation.Blog! I’m Sean Murray from Hello Games, part of the team making No Man’s Sky, with some exciting news for you: No Man’s Sky is launching on June 21st!…Thank you, as always, for everyone’s support and patience as we head towards the home straight. We can’t wait for everyone to start their own adventures!”
Along with being available digitally, the game will also have a full blown retail version for physical stores. Murray’s already said that he “can’t really imagine what it will feel like to walk into a shop and see our game on a shelf.”
Get excited, PS4 players. All you have to do now is just wait for summer to come…
