Firewatch was released earlier this month and received a great response from both gamers and critics. The open-world adventure game has far exceeded developer Campo Santo’s expectations, according to a recent Tweet.
Firewatch has out-sold our wildest expectations. Campo Santo is going to be around for a while and we can't wait to make whatever is next.

The developer then followed up with a new Tweet, saying:
Thank you to everyone who has made that statement possible!

Firewatch was released for the PS4 and PC on Feb. 9. The game puts players in the hiking boots of a firewatch volunteer in the Wyoming wilderness. Players interact with their boss, Delilah, and can choose how the relationship evolves by the way they respond.
We look forward to seeing what Campo Santo work on next.
