Platinum Games and Square Enix Partner up for a New NieR Game

Another beautiful OST is on the way.

The first big surprise of Square Enix’s E3 2015 press conference was a follow-up to 2010’s cult favorite NieR (or NieR Replicant, depending on your region). The RPG juggernaut is teaming up with Platinum Games to bring this emotional new journey exclusively to the PlayStation 4.

This new NieR title is still quite early in development (as many Square Enix games seem to be at their reveals), and the subtitle for the game is still under wraps. This leads us to believe that it reveals an important part of the story, but of course that’s all speculation at this point.

More information on the new NieR game will be coming this fall.
