Prey: How to Increase Stamina

How to Increase Stamina in Prey

Recommended Videos

Your stamina is incredibly useful if you’re going to focus on using melee weapons in Prey. Every swing of your wrench and every step that Morgan takes when sprinting will drain your stamina bar. As such, it’s important that you increase this as soon as you can in Prey. Trust us, it even comes in handy when sprinting away from particularly nasty Typhon, too.

To increase this gauge in Prey, you’ll want to make your way to the Neuromods tab by pressing the touchpad on PS4 or View button on Xbox One. Use R1/ RB to tab your way over and then make your way down to the Security option.

This will display the Security Neuromods which includes one called Conditioning. It’ll cost you one Neuromod to unlock but will increase your health to 115 and stamina to 105. It’ll also allow you to run, sneak, climb, and sprint 5% faster.

To increase it further, you’ll want to unlock the Stamina I & II Neuromods that follow Conditioning. These will increase it to 125 and 150 respectively.

As far as we know, these are the only ways to increase it. For more tips, tricks, and information on Prey, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki guide.
