How to Get Stamina – The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
Zelda: Breath of the Wild has a pretty huge open world for players to explore this time. We’re not talking about the Hyrule Field from Ocarina of Time kind of world, either. Breath of the Wild’s lands are teeming with things to see and do, and you’ll be using a lot of Stamina getting around. For those unaware, Stamina is required to run, climb, and swim in Zelda: Breath of the Wild. As such, you’ll want to get more Stamina as soon as possible so you can access difficult to reach places and get around the world faster.
To get more Stamina in Breath of the Wild, you’ll first need to get yourself some Spirit Orbs. These can be found by completing Shrines, which are littered across the world. You can find these by following the rising meter that appears next to your map when you’re near one (which you’ll be alerted to by your Sheikah Slate), or by scanning the surrounding area from a high point. If a red spot appears while you’re scanning, you’ve found a Shrine.
These Shrines will require you to complete little puzzles, and once you’ve cleared them, you’re rewarded with the Spirit Orbs. Once you’ve got enough, make your way to a goddess statue (there’s one in the Temple of Time) and interact with it. You can now spend your Spirit Orbs to get more Stamina so you can keep Link energized for longer.
