For Honor was released earlier this month and has received good reviews from critics for its intense medieval combat and challenging online multiplayer. It looks like gamers are enjoying smashing the snot out of one another upon virtual battlefields as For Honor has managed to remain at the top of the UK game charts for a second week in a row. The game debut at No. 1 last week and has managed to fight off any competition.
Halo Wars 2 is doing well in second place and Grand Theft Auto V continues to be very popular in third. FIFA 17 sits in fourth place and the recently released Sniper Elite 4 brings up the rear in fifth. The top 20 are as follows:
- For Honor
- Halo Wars 2
- Grand Theft Auto V
- FIFA 17
- Sniper Elite 4
- Battlefield
- Rocket League
- Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
- Resident Evil 7: Biohazard
- Forza Horizon 3
- Minecraft: Xbox Edition
- Watch Dogs 2
- Overwatch
- Hitman: The Complete First Season
- Nioh
- WWE 2K17
- Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens

For Honor may be in the top spot at the moment but it will have to fight fiercely to remain there. This coming week not only sees the release of the highly anticipated PlayStation 4 exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn, but also the release of Nintendo’s new console, the Switch. One of the launch titles for the Switch is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, a game that has been highly anticipated for a long time and early reviews have been highly positive.
