ReCore was released earlier this year exclusively to Microsoft and has been praised as a fun action adventure platformer. Those of you who are enjoying the game will be pleased to know that, next year, a patch will be released that will allow the game to support high-dynamic range.
The news was announced Microsoft’s general manager Shannon Loftis via Twitter:

Another Tweet from Xbox’s technical director Mike Ybarra confirmed the news:

HDR support allows games to use a brighter and wider range of colors to create a more intense and immersive experience. Games such as Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3 already make use of HDR. To make use of HDR gaming, you’ll need an Xbox One S and a 4K TV.
The exact date the patch will be released is unknown but it seems likely we should should expect it sooner rather than later.
