Good job, Geralt.

The Witcher 3 had some tough competition this year. Going up against behemoth titles like Fallout 4 and PS4-exclusive Bloodborne, the massive open world RPG took home the highly coveted Game of the Year award.

The game puts players in control of Geralt of Rivia, who’s on a mission to find Ciri, his lost daughter. Along the way, Geralt gets to play card games, make life-changing and world-altering decisions, and also finds the time to flirt with good-looking women who look like models. It also has a wonderful soundtrack. We loved The Witcher 3 for the amount of effort that went into the writing of its main story and all of its side quests, so the guys over at CD Projekt Red definitely deserved this win.

The Witcher 3 is out now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Its first expansion, Hearts of Stone, is also now available on all platforms.
